I am a Yoga Alliance E-RYT500 hour certified yoga teacher (Kripalu Lineage). I have earned certifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Additionally, I earned accreditation for Trauma-Informed Yoga through the She Recovers Foundation. I have also earned my Certified Professional Recovery Coach (life coach) designation from the IAPRC. I hold a master’s degree in education, although I left the public education system to study and offer yoga. My life’s calling is to teach and hold space for those who need a soft place to land, tools to meet their stress, and pathways to living their lives fully.
I offer yoga experiences designed to regulate the nervous system so that participants can leave the class feeling calm and peaceful. I take great care in ensuring that any obstacles to accessing deep reserves of individual peace are minimized or removed entirely. From the moment participants enter the space, every touchpoint communicates the intentional care that I bring to my practices.
