I am a Vinyasa yoga instructor & wellness coach that helps individuals move and eat better, so they have energy and enthusiasm to share with their families, careers, and communities. I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Franklin Street Yoga Center, and my flow yoga classes connect breath and movement in a vigorous, yet calming, sequence. My classes emphasize play and fun, while keeping a firm grounding in alignment and yogic philosophy.
