My first introduction to yoga began around the age of 14 and continued periodically through my teen years. I began regularly practicing yoga at the age of 19 and began teaching in 2015. I teach a variety of asana sequences from gentle to vinyasa with focus on incorporating all 8 limbs of ashtanga yoga.
