Kimberly Ghorai earned her 200 RYT in January of 2015 at Meta Yoga Schools in Breckenridge, Colorado, received training in SUP Yoga from Bliss Paddle Yoga in May of 2015, and took Yin Yoga Level 1 & 2 with Kari Kwinn & Peter Strom 2016. Teaching classes in Hatha, Yin, SUP, and Vinyasa styles, she hopes to help students become aware of their physical and mental being in an effort to increase their happiness. In her classes you can expect a focus on proper alignment and breathing as well as the integration of other modalities such as essential oils, meditation and chanting.
