I was born in Germany and at present live in Altea (Spain) with my family. When I was young I graduated in Law and for some years I worked as a lawyer, and also as Financial Director at a bank. Several years ago I left behind this world to dedicate myself to what I really enjoy doing; I became a Yoga teacher.

I have vast experience in giving personalized classes, at all levels, and different yoga and meditation styles. I’ve studied in depth the subject of perfecting postures for health purposes, and something that is always addressed in my classes is the spiritual aspect. I assist my students in connecting with their hearts.

It really gives me great pleasure to share this ancient technique, and see how effective it is in solving daily problems, like stress, insomnia, depression and eating disorders. Yoga simply reminds us how we can be happy again.
