Charlotte started practicing yoga in 2004 and in 2009 trained with ‘YogaBugs’ the UK’s leading provider of yoga for children and bought a franchise taking yoga into schools, children’s centres and nurseries.

In 2014 Charlotte completed her Yoga Teaching Diploma at Camyoga in Cambridge and is now an experienced 200hr registered yoga teacher with the International Yoga Alliance; she also went on to complete her 50 hr Yin Yoga training with Sarah Lo in April 2017 and 30 hr Advancing Yin Skills in November 2019.

Charlotte’s style of teaching has been influenced by some wonderful teachers past and present with elements of her teaching being influenced by her love of Jivamukti. Classes offered are Hatha/Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Yin. Charlotte teaches small classes and on a one to one basis from her studio just outside Oundle, Northamptonshire and runs regular retreats in the UK and abroad.
