My goal as a teacher is to help a student find their yoga. To encourage them to move in a way that feels good for their body and guide you through their own journey.
Using the physical practice of yoga as the foundation for my classes, I offer plenty of modifications and adjustments along the way to support students of all levels of experience and ability. By linking the breath to the movement, I encourage students to create a beautiful balance of softness and strength in the body, allowing for a meditative flow.
I love yoga for its ability to help foster peacefulness, mindfulness, relaxation and rejuvenation for the body and the mind. There is nothing like the feeling you get when you walk off your mat after an awesome practice.
