I continue my practice of yoga that began 20 years ago.
I consider my role to be that of a yoga guide, I guide those who come to my studio to empower themselves and find their inner teacher. Those same souls guide me on my path.
I began my creative expression of movement with dance and moved towards the beauty of asana coupled with the remaining seven limbs of yoga. I love what I do.
