I believe firmly that the benefits of yoga takes time, and grace takes love and acceptance. Each of these are connected and we can find them with yoga. Yoga allows us to work through the discomfort of the moment. I would like to share that with each of my students. Grace, love, and acceptance.
Yoga has helped me to climb many mountains.
After taking a hot yoga class Tennessee , I knew I had to spread my love of yoga to others. I began teacher training the Summer of 2014. Since then I have sought to bring yoga to disadvantaged and underserved populations. I often teach free classes to those who normally would never experience yoga. In my classes you will receive a calm energy and a wonderful workout (with lots of modifications!) . I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Howard University and a certificate in plant based eating from Cornell. I enjoy helping people and animals through Reiki 1, watching , meditation and really good vegan cupcakes.
I specialize in hatha yoga. I primarily teach corporate/office yoga in businesses, meditation and gentle flow yoga in studios.
