I have been moving and breathing with groups for over twenty years. I am passionate about fitness and wellness, and I bring my infectious smile to the mat. I earned my under-graduate degree in Sociology and a graduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science from East Carolina University (GO PIRATES!). I hold certifications with ACE, AFAA, and YogaFit. My experience teaching yoga in private school, higher education, commercial fitness and wellness, churches, retirement communities gives me the opportunity to do what I loves most; support others as they experience yoga right where they are.
