Bailey is a mama to two sweet boys, wife, yoga teacher (e-RYT), and health and wellness advocate. She discovered yoga in 2009 and was immediately drawn into the practice. She was in her early 20s and looking for something new, while working in the fast-paced fashion industry and feeling a little unfulfilled. Yoga felt like a new relationship in her mind, body and soul. Bailey now realizes that she may have taken her first conscious breath in that first yoga class - and THAT is why she kept going back. After a few years of practicing, she knew this practice was powerful. It was changing her and the way she showed up in this world, so she decided to study to become a teacher. Bailey completed her first teacher training in 2012 with Kindness Yoga’s Patrick Harrington and stepped into teaching as a way to share this ancient practice with others and to open doors for them to also experience change. She later became certified in Prenatal and Kids yoga and currently teaches Vinyasa, Meditation and Alignment-Based practices.
It lights her up when people see their potential, feel empowered and know the beauty that lies within them. When she’s not teaching yoga or educating people about safer choices for their mind, body and soul, Bailey can be found with her family, a toddler on her hip, a cold brew in hand and barefoot.
