Sharing yoga and hand balance discipline and knowledge with you is my passion. My mission is to inspire you to reach your potential, be adventurous and accept who you are so that you can be your authentic self. I’m here to grow with you and explore the path of yoga with kindness, grace and joy.
I have been practicing yoga since 2008 and teaching since 2009. I have set foot in Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taipei. I have a diverse background in my yoga journey, I was trained to teach alignment-based yoga, 1-on-1 yoga therapeutics, and run yoga teacher training courses. I am also a passionate handstand practitioner, and she’s sharing her handstand lineage from Miguel San’tana. I’m now based in Taipei with my husband.
Yoga + Hand Balance - is a spirit, it is an attitude. This is my philosophy. I hope to help my students to work to get to that contentment state of mind, finding a good balance within themselves physically and mentally.

My handstand discpline came from Miguel Sant'ana and I have been training with him for 5 years. I have been blessed to have learnt from various yoga teachers - Mike & Sharon Byron-Mckay (NZ), Bharath Shetty (India), Satyam Tripathi (Singapore), Edward Chow (HK), Yenny Christine (Indonesia).
