Owner of KatTur LLC, for heath and wellness, as well as patient advocacy. I am an E-RYT 200, and received my RYT certification in 2014. Nevertheless, I have been a practicing yogi since 1973. I currently teach a mixture of yoga and dance at Washington Metro Oasis Lifelong Adventure, and Chair Yoga at Kensington Clubs, based in Rockville, Maryland. I also teach workshop for Arts for the Aging, based in Maryland, in which I combine yoga skills with acting, singing, and dancing. I teach yoga and meditation to people of all ages and skill levels, including tailored private sessions. My focus is creating practices that bring joy and happiness to life.
