My expertise as a reiki and prana coach and teacher, and years of meditation experience brings life energy (prana) awareness in the yogaclasses I teach.
In May 2017 I successfully completed my 200 hrs YIN Yoga teacher training at De Nieuwe Yogaschool in Amsterdam as well, so happy to bring more Yin yoga to you!
I teach Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga and completed my advanced studies for RYT 500 in 2018.
I also teach the Five Tibetan Yoga exercises and mind training and meditation.
