The training is a guided approach that leads us to inquire further into the challenges of maintaining normal function and dealing with the many aspects of the human condition.  We will investigate current ideas and opinions we all operate under as both teachers and students to further understand the role of a yoga.  Topics will vary from both Western and Eastern principles and methodologies that encompass a broad spectrum of ideas, from developmental movement principles to applied biomechanics and specific protocols of postural assessment.  Students will also learn hands-on techniques and specific rehabilitative exercises and practices that restore function or supports particular issues.  Students will also delve into classical Yogic interpretations of the subtle body and inner forms that will be demystified and made more relevant to our current thinking.

Vincent Bolletta hañsa yoga teacher training program is an opportunity to further enhance one's own personal development as well as align more deeply with the teaching of yoga and its supportive qualities.  It's a place that encourages each individual student to develop critical thinking that empowers and builds a deeper relationship with the practice and the needs of the individual.
