After completing 500 YTT I have taught and am still teaching many aspects of yoga:
Gentle yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative yoga, Aqua yoga, Yoga Dance and special 4-10 week classes: such as Better breath for Better health and Mudras, Mantras and Meditation. The focus of the asana classes is gentle and often joyful.
I am currently in a IYT certification program
