in 2009 with amazing teachers Tanis Fishman, Tracy Mann and Lerrita Rubinoff also, in 2012 Michelle continued her yoga teacher training at Anand Prakash Ashram in Rishikesh, India, with Yogi Vishvketu and Chetana Panwar (Jessica Torrens), In Akhanda (holistic) Hatha yoga classes that integrate mantra (chanting), pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (postures) and meditation. 2016 attended Advanced teacher training 300hr at Anand Prakash Ashram. Yoga Nidra Certification (2013),, SUP Teacher Certification (Paddle into Fitness 2019), Yin Teacher Certification Bernie Clark (2021).
Trained also in Wing Chun Kungfu focusing on the center line where balance is found, Her classes range from Holistic Hatha classes to Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow to Core & Balance integrating Yoga and martial arts to Restorative,Yin. Yin/Yang.
