Ashley has been interested in energy and body work from a young age. She has been practicing yoga for over a decade and brings an attitude of love and compassion to her own practice which shines through in her teaching.
Ashley teaches a creative, alignment-based, mindful flow where she encourages yogis to have compassion for themselves and others on and off the mat. She believes that yoga is a powerful tool in finding a greater sense of respect for the body, mind, spirit and planet.
