MICHELLE THIELEN is the founder of YogaFaith, author, professional speaker and holds certifications with the Christian Yoga Association, Yoga Alliance and The American Council of Exercise. She is a certified yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapist (IAYT) as a C-IAYT and has the only Christian Yoga Therapy School accredited by the IAYT.

Michelle is an author and Master Trainer with OmStars, My Yoga Online, Gaiam TV and trained thousands of students and instructors from around the world in her classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings. Her first book, Stretching Your Faith is a blue print for lasting transformation through Christian yoga. It also shines light on our modern day slavery epidemic and includes a 3 class, 90 minute video for every level practitioner.

     Michelle has taught over 20 years of somatic movement through dance and yoga. She was a dancer and choreographer for the NBA and WNBA. 

She is passionate about sharing the wonderful benefits of embodied movement and the healing power of Jesus Christ to a lost and hurting world. Her life mission is to abolish modern day slavery in this generation. She offers donation based classes so that everyone can enjoy yoga, but her prayer is that people will connect to Christ on or off a yoga mat. All class donations go directly toward the rescue and restoration of human traffick survivors worldwide. Students, friends and partners have sent the ministry of YogaFaith to many third world countries over the years. Michelle believes that together, these lives can be saved and restored. She looks forward to sharing the gift of yoga and Jesus, the hope for all humanity, to bring about true and lasting transformation in your life.
