Sherrell is a mental wellness advocate and community and corporate wellness provider who began practicing yoga and meditation due to her own experiences with various health challenges.
During her enlistment in the Army, Sherrell began experiencing excruciating back pain. Upon receiving a diagnosis of arthritis her doctor also recommended yoga. That recommendation and a recommitment to her faith transformed her life and opened the door to healing mind, body, spirit. Since that time Sherrell has been offering community and corporate wellness programs in an effort to educate others about the importance of mental wellness.
