Noeleen Tyrrell is the Director of Ard Nahoo, Irelands award winning Eco Retreat ad Yoga School. She is the primary teacher for all courses at Ard Nahoo as well as travelling to teach around Europe. Noeleen’s classes are inclusive and educational with a great element of fun. Her teaching is very intuitive and informed by almost three decades of working with the human body, mind and heart as body worker and yoga teacher. Noeleen also promotes the practice and teaching of Restorative Yoga and believes it to be a powerful tool for negotiating the fast paced and 'always on' lifestyle that has become the norm in our culture today.
She has a huge passion for Yoga Philosophy and meditation and shares the teachings and wisdom as an integral part of all her classes and trainings.
She was the first Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher in Ireland and is known for her deep understanding of alignment and biomechanics. She is also a Registered Craniosacral and massage therapist with an in depth ‘hands on’ knowledge of the body which informs her teaching. She has been practicing yoga for more than half her life and is happily married with two sons. She is a musician and loves to lead kirtan and community singsongs!
