Carla is a certified Jivamukti teacher and the owner of Rhinebeck Yoga Center, in Rhinebeck NY. She is also the founder of Love Yoga Center, located in Naples, Fl., which was established on July,1st, 2010.  She has been teaching yoga full time since 2005 and is certified in Ayurveda Yoga, and Thai Yoga Massage as well as Reiki and Restorative Yoga.  She previously managed Bliss Yoga Center in Stone Ridge, NY.  She is certified at the 500 hour level.

Her greatest joy is continually learning and sharing the teachings of yoga. She leads retreats to India and other fun places, and is the lead teacher for Rhinebeck Yoga Center's 200 and 300 hour teacher training programs, as well as contributing to Love Yoga Center's Teacher Training programs. Carla has taught over 14 Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2010. 

Carla Olla is a Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
