I am passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga. Through my journey with anxiety & depression, OCD, and many of life's challenges, I have found healing for the mind, body, and spirit through yoga. I completed my 200-hour and 300-hour training at Heartwood Yoga Institute, and I hold certifications in Restorative, Yin Yoga, and Chair Yoga. Currently, I teach as an E- RYT200 & RYT500 at Heartwood Yoga Institute & Retreat Center and am furthering my studies in Yoga Therapy, Neuroscience, Neurolinguistic Programming, Kundalini, and Meditation.
In my classes, I bring a therapeutic approach to yoga, empowering students to take control of their health and wellness. My teaching is inclusive and deeply rooted in yoga philosophy, with a focus on practices that nurture the mind, body, and soul. Students appreciate my articulate instruction and the relevant, enriching information I incorporate into each session.
As a lifelong student of yoga, I am constantly evolving and bringing new insights to my teaching. My goal is to connect deeply with the inner self and share this journey of healing from the inside out. I have had the privilege of learning from inspiring teachers and yoga experts, and I am excited to pass on these lessons to my students.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, I am here to support you on your yoga journey. Let's discover the magic of yoga together.
