I believe that the practice of yoga is a method for improving or learning to cope with conditions, both physical and emotional, that impact health within our daily lives. Yoga offers the methodology and skills training to discover a more complete sense of health and wellbeing, in both quality of life and personal transformation. As a form of prevention and intervention, yoga is unique in its properties which all persons are able to access.
