Prasad started practicing yoga since he was kid and he has been teaching at the international institute of Yoga Research and training in Bheemili since the age of 16. he holds a Diploma and master in since in Yoga and teaches Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa yoga and other yoga methodologies he taught in Bangkok  for a year and has been teaching  in Beijing, China since 2016. he also gives yoga performances regularly. especially in Jal Dweap at the Indian embassy in Beijing.
