Yoga Sirosmani  (E-RYT 200) (RYT 500)

Jenny, has been yoga practitioner since her adolescence and has 12 years journey of her personal sadhana.

Having spent many years in India, she eventually found herself at the world-renowned Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram, in Kerala, where she was guided by her guru Prem Sada Sivananda scholar of Vedantic Philosophy, Hindu Scripture and Sanskrit.He is a direct and long-term disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda, the disciple of Swami Sivananda.

Upon successful completion of the examination, she received a diploma from the Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy of Rishikesh, situated in the Himalayas, and the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram. 

The title Yoga Siromani means jewel of the crown of Yoga.  

200 RYT Certified by the  Yoga Alliance she has been teaching pranayama, asana and yoga philosophy globally since 2014

The practices she gives are an integration of more than 9 years of teaching, vast studies, research & authentic experience in yogic healing arts and movement modalities. 

Being curious and eager to learn Jenny accomplished Aerial yoga and Acroyoga intensive trainings  - as extension of traditional yoga education. Meditation courses including Vipassana allowed her to bring all flavours of mindfulness techniques to our trainings. She has shared her knowledge in classes, workshops and retreats traveling across 38 countries.
