Kimberly Brown is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (eRYT) 200 with certifications in Vinyasa and Hatha in the Anusara Style. She was drawn to the practice because of it's similarity to the feeling of swimming. Kim swam for 17 years, through college, until she injured her shoulders. Through yoga she was able to finally raise her arms above her head and began to balance out the scoliosis gained from repetitive movements.
Kim has trained with many international teachers on class sequencing, themes, alignment, manual adjusting, and is currently pursuing her 500 hour training. Her classes are filled with laughter, anatomy, modifications, and cuing that will help you find the balance of ease and challenge in each posture and flow.
