With reverence for the roots of Yoga reaching back over 5,000 years, I gratefully walk a yogic path as a devoted practitioner. I believe that the embodied practice of Yoga on and off the mat is a radical pathway to personal transformation and collective liberation.
As an Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), my approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based to meet diverse needs with care. I have been holding space for Therapeutic Yoga classes and one-on-one sessions since 2012.
