Charlene Rennick is a YACEP, E-RYT 200 and E-RYT 500 hour yoga teacher trainer. She teaches at 200-hour Yoga Teacher trainings in Hamilton Ontario where she also offers CECs in Restorative Yoga, Earth Wisdom (the 5 Elemental Bodies) Yoga Nidra, Thai Massage, Meditation, Ayurveda, and Philosophy.
She is an Earth Wisdom Spiritual Teacher at Awakening Avalon, a school dedicated to empowering women and bringing people into a deep communion with the natural rhythms and seasonal cycles of the Web of Life. Charlene weaves these nature-based, gnostic teachings with Ayurveda as an Elemental approach to improve health in the physical body, meditation as a practice of spiritual well-being, and yoga asana as a somatic expression of nature, spirit, and life force.
Charlene has a BA in Social Science and an Early Childhood Education diploma. She is a loving parent and care-giver to 2 cats.
Her hobbies are sailing, hiking, beeswax candle-making, pottery, and music.
