About Melissa Delaney

Melissa  is a Certified Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 500, YACEP)   in Ottawa and Gatineau.  In 2009, she completed Hatha Yoga and Children’s Yoga teacher training . Since then, she has taken many courses and workshops including Yin, Restorative, Prenatal...

Melissa is a Certified Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 500, YACEP) in Ottawa and Gatineau. 

In 2009, she completed Hatha Yoga and Children’s Yoga teacher training. Since then, she has taken many courses and workshops including Yin, Restorative, Prenatal & Postnatal, and Yoga for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
             
She teaches group classes and private clients as well as workshops such as Partner Yoga and her own Bliss Yoga. With her diverse training, she teaches many styles of yoga including Hatha, Hot yoga, Flow, Prenatal & Postnatal, Yin, Restorative, as well as children and teens. 

She is passionate about helping others and her warmth and humour are reflected in her teaching style.
