Yogi Deepak Nautiyal had graduated from HNB Garhwal University Srinagar Garhwal in 2012. He has done post graduate diploma in Yoga. He is a native of Rishikesh, born and raised in the Yoga Capital of the World. He was born in an orthodox Brahmin family in Himalayan region. He is practicing yoga from more than twelve years. He has performed & he has attended many yoga seminars in India and abroad as well. Yogi Deepak is known for his powerful adjustments which safely teach students the depths of each pose.
Deepak brings his vast knowledge of Yoga, its philosophy and wellness in real practice session. He teaches traditional style of Ashtanga Vinyasa & Vinyasa flow Yoga i.e. Asanas, Pranayama, various styles of Meditation and Yogic life style consultation to bring perfect harmony in modern lifestyle.
