Michelle has been involved in fitness since age 14. She has been teaching yoga for almost a decade. She specializes in all levels classes so that anyone who comes to class can enjoy yoga, regardless of experience. Her teacher training program is endorsed by The American Council on Exercise. She is a published author of "The Yoga Asana Handbook" and "Yoga Snippets." She holds an ACE certification in Group Fitness, a Fitness Instructor degree from College of DuPage, and numerous specialty certificates. She holds the E-RYT 500 distinction and her studio is a Registered Yoga Alliance School.
