Why do I teach Yoga? I have yet to find a feeling that compares to the high after teaching or attending a yoga class. This is one of the reasons why I teach, the "high", the Feeling of being one with myself and the knowledge of always being one step closer to my inner being- it is a constant work in progress, and I am enjoying the journey every day.

I love more dynamic, powerful yoga. This is the style of my own home practice as well as some of my yoga classes. However, I have come to realise that too much Yang can run a Person down. I therefore also teach an Easy Flow class which focuses on destressing and I enjoy choosing themes for my class that takes People to the next Level.
