For the last fifteen years, I have been investing a lot by regularly attending yoga classes. Yoga presented itself to me as the most complete and the most interesting path on a spiritual, psychic and physical level.
I went to the United States, where I remained there for a year on the East coast and another one on the West coast, in order to improve my practice.
In 1997, I went in search of a spiritual guide in India where I spent two years in Ashram with great masters. I obtained my diploma of the Atma Darshan Yogashram " branch of Bhiar school ".
In parallel, I also turned myself to techniques of natural panacea and I got educated in the arts of naturopathy. The desire to look after the body through an alternative remedy went hand in hand with my yoga practices.
In 2001, I founded the Yogacenter. Thanks to the diverse offered services, it developed itself in a short amount of time. I propose an adapted teaching for the contemporary human being by offering a wide range of courses for any competence levels and at every hours of the day, so that each person finds some benefits according to their lives.
For a few years, I have been guiding people in their journey to to deepen their knowledge, and I have also been giving a complete training course to those who want to become yoga teachers.
I equally teach in various Swiss centers and abroad.
Passioned, joining my knowledge to my experience, I appreciate to give my time and to pass on my knowledge to others. I love exchanging and sharing various points of view to develop the knowledge of yoga, as well as, of course, to teach this discipline in its own tradition.
My philosophy of life is to move forward in my internal progress while managing to pass on a part of my knowledge around me. I try to connect a rigorous lifestyle in harmony with my practice of Hatha Yoga and the modern active life.
My main asset is to have succeeded, for more than 20 years, to combine the body and the mental as a tool to push back the limits of the morale and the fatigue.
