I have been teaching since 2004 and a practising yogini for the past 22 years. I enjoy passing on my knowledge of yoga in my classes, mentoring yoga teachers and am constantly learning through fellow yogis and attending workshops and courses.
I have been lecturing for the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) on the Diploma of Yoga Teaching since 2015 and currently hold the position of President for IYTA and Asana Team leader on the Diploma of Yoga Teacher Training.
