Yoga and meditation have been an ongoing practice and integral part of my lifestyle for many years. I continue to be an active student as well as teacher of yoga, bodywork, and sound meditation and I love exploring the journey within.
I have had the great privilege to teach yoga and meditation to many yogis and yoga teachers as a 500 hour professional level yoga teacher, body worker and sound healing practitioner. Previous classes workshops include 200 and 300 hour level yoga teacher trainings since 2016, and a variety of yoga and meditation workshops.
My teaching emphasis is on self discovery, personal inquiry , and connecting mind, body and heart through the practice of yoga. In addition My intention is to offer the teachings of yoga as a transformational process to develop a healthy and strong body, an open and caring heart, and a peaceful and focused mind.
