Wendy has over 20 years of yoga and fitness-related experience with 15 years of that time dedicated to teaching. After several years of practicing at home, she joined a Hot Yoga studio in Dallas, SunstoneFit. About a year later she acquired a 500-hour yoga certification from Sunstone.
She has had the incredible opportunity to teach thousands of students in different traditions (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative) in different areas of the world. Over the last 7 years she has expanded her teaching to other practices such as Pilates, Barre, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Natural Movement, and Strength Training. In addition to many students and styles, she is the Director of SunstoneFit Academy where she is a lead trainer for teacher training programs.
Her mission is to help people move better/feel better.
