Paul has completed over 1,000 hours of yoga asana, meditation, anatomy, history and philosophy training in Australia, India and the United States through the Bikram Yoga College of India, Ayur Veda Eco Ashram of Mysore, India and Essential Hot Yoga Boise Idaho.

Paul has taught across three continents in passable English, poor Spanish and laughable French. He teaches Power Vinyasa, Sivananda, Yin and Restorative Yoga as well as meditation, mindfulness training, yoga nidra and inversion / arm balance workshops.

Paul is the Lead Teacher Trainer (E-RYT) for the Essential Hot Yoga franchise in Boise, Idaho and develops and delivers YA 200 hour 4 week full time and 9 week part time teacher training courses locally and also in Tulum, Mexico.

Paul, with his wife Naomi, are the Directors of Yoga Now (www.yoganow.info) and run yoga and meditation retreats, workshops and training all over the world.
