Kranti Yoga was founded by Tarun Kranti Agrawal in 2007.  It was he is dream to set up a yoga community in beautiful Goa.  His spiritual journey started at the early age of 14 and has since taken him to Rishikesh and Mysore before he settled in Patnem, Goa, India.  His profile can be seen on his website.

With foundations in Ashtanga Yoga, Kranti Yoga has brought a modern approach to this traditional practice and his curricula have evolved over the years to reflect this.  He has developed a team to support his progressive curriculum and and each of his teachers has trained with Kranti Yoga in the traditional way, living at his resort for 8 months of the year.  The programs at Kranti Yoga now have a huge focus on the modern day practices of Vinysasa Flow and Yin Yoga.

200 hr YTTC in Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga 
300 hr YTTC in Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Adjustments
