Romy Phillips is a Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). Romy is also a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT). Romy has been teaching yoga since 2001 and leads 200HR and 300HR teacher for Yogaworks in Japan and China. She has also developed and leads a 30HR intensive on anatomy, kinesiology, and injury management. She is the author of Yoga Forma: A Visual Resource Guide for the Spine and Lower Back.
