Midwest native Nicole Bratt began teaching yoga in San Francisco in 2013, compelled to share the profound gifts inherent in this beautiful practice. She specializes in Restorative, gentle, and prenatal modalities with a strong focus on safe, smart, alignment-based movement. Her style is warm and hands-on with a compassionate touch and a grounding presence. She creates and holds space for students to be who, what, and where they are — each time they arrive on their mat. Her classes focus on cultivating mindfulness, alignment, pranayama (breathwork), spaciousness, and quietude. Nicole taught public and corporate classes in San Francisco, before relocating to Seattle, Washington, in 2016.
