I have spent many years stumbling along the yogic path. With every step my perspective shifts, my heart is more expansive, and my mind more clear. Life has become the most incredible gift. The journey began many moons ago, however there were 2 pivotal moments that began my search for something to believe in. The first was fracturing my L5 when I was 19 and learning how to walk all over again. The second happenned two weeks later when my lifelong best friend died. I stumbled so hard I fell. From that spiraling fall I would very slowly begin to pick up the pieces of me. It is YOGA that would help me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It is Yoga that would give me the wings to fly again.
