I have started practising yoga in my teens and really dove into in around the year 2000.

Now I am teaching Ashtanga Yoga in the lineage of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and applying the understanding of Richard Freeman and pranayama in the tradition of the Kaivalyadhama Insitute in Lonavla, India.

My main teachers are Sri O. P. Tiwari (kriya, pranayama, philosophy; „Advanced Pranayama Certificate Course“ ) and Richard Freemann (asana, philosophy), taking part in his "month long intensive" three times over the years.

Together with Horst Rinnerberger we are conducting our 500 hours teachers training at Pureyoga Vienna.
