Kinneret (E-RYT200) has a Master's degree in Creative Arts/Dance Movement from Lesley College (2000), Cambridge, MA, and received her yoga teacher certification in 1996 from the Toronto School of Flow Yoga. She currently teaches 12 classes per week in the Toronto Jewish community and beyond. Her Kids' yoga classes and Seniors' yoga classes integrate yoga,  dance technique and creative movement.

Kinneret's adult classes are influenced mostly by the work of her yoga teacher and trainer, Kaila Kukla, who showed her the possibilities of using fluid dancelike movements to lead in and out of poses. This flow of movement originating from deep within the body is the hallmark of this style. 

Kinneret also began a holistic health and Judaic-focused retreat program. The retreats, held at country cottages/summer estates, integrate holistic fitness, wellness, and creative expression with learning and spiritual growth.
