Neha Thakur is a certified yoga teacher with enormous experience in Yoga Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy, Face Yoga, Yin Yoga, Diet and Nutrition, and Prenatal and Postnatal yoga.
Her professional journey started as a hotelier. She worked for some renowned brands like Hilton, Radisson group, The Lalit for almost a decade. With time she realized, hospitality is on her nerves but with a holistic approach. She quit her job and formally studied yoga from various masters. Later she trained herself as a certified yoga teacher from one of the premium yoga schools in Rishikesh.
Apart from professional yoga teaching, she enriched her studies into yoga anatomy, pre-post natal yoga, and yoga for kids. Upon completion of her formal training, she started teaching at some of the prominent Yoga schools in Rishikesh. She co-founded Rishikesh Yog Kendra with the objective of affordable certified Yoga Teacher Training Courses.
