Yael Krichely is a NYC-based E-RYT 500, Vinyasa and Prenatal Yoga teacher, and a Birthing From Within Childbirth Educator and coach. She is a loving mama of 3 teenagers. Yael is a natural mentor and teacher; with a passion to practice and embody what she shares. After more than 15 years of teaching, her classes combine yoga asana, pilates, breath work, seasonal self-care, and women’s health practices. Yael loves to give special attention to alignment and modifications and she expertly weaves in awareness in combining breath & movement.
