Thanh Nguyen is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Thanh Nguyen is a Hanoi local who has studied extensively in Vietnam and abroad, and holds the highest International accreditation for yoga teachers (E-RYT 500). What started as a passion, quickly became a sideline business as she studied and taught a range of yoga styles over the past 6yrs, gaining certification in Yin, Prenatal Yoga, Vinyasa and therapeutic approaches.
With a goal to help students improve self-awareness, body intelligence and overall health, Thanh specialises in beginner and general level students. Her classes are organised and clear and she is able to inspire students to move and breath in a way that maximises their energy and help them feel good.
Her approach is simple yet effective, with just the right amount of challenge without the push toward ‘flexibility’. It is especially useful to combat the effects of stress and modern lifestyles, including muscle tightness, joint pain, stress and other discomforts. Her classes are perfect for office workers and anyone with chronic tightness or weakness that they would like to change.
