Judit has been teaching yoga full time since 2009. Her main style is Vinyasa Flow, but she also completed trainings in Prenatal, Mom and Baby and Kids yoga, and teaches those styles as well.
Her style focuses on incorporating yoga philosophy into asana practice, building classes around a mental, spiritual or physical theme, and practicing in a safe way. She believes yoga is a journey of self discovery and considers it her mission to help students with their individual journey towards the Self.
Judit started teaching yoga teacher trainings in 2012 in one of Bali's biggest yoga studios, Power Of Now Oasis. She has lived and worked in several countires around the world. She is currently based in her home country of Hungary, where she teaches regular classes as well as 200 hr registered teacher trainings at HELLO YOGA MOBILITY STUDIO www.helloyogastudio.hu.
She continues to travel the world and teaches 200 hour YTT courses, retreats, workshops, continuing education programs.
