Sunil Parihar is a versatile human with many kind of talents that one can be endowed with. Ture to the meaning “gifted” of his name, Sunil has achieved a lot in life which is an interesting story to listen to.

Sunil comes from Orchha district of Madhya Pradesh, India. As a small child in the village he would be in fancy and fascination of several sorts of likings like other kids of the similar age and emotional footings. Time went by then, he finished his school education which was not satisfying him at all. He then moved to Mumbai to expand his dimensions and fulfil his dreams. The journey that started led him visit almost every direction within India and Nepal which granted him experiences of all kinds. This richness of experience reflects even now in his presence and communication. He thus became a man of multi-layered experiences.

Now the journey that he had begun long ago brought him to Rishikesh where Yoga took him into its swing. He started a small business here for his livelihood and pursued Yoga education deeply. At present, he holds an ERYT 200 and a RYT 500. He has established himself as a very famous teacher of Yoga in Rishikesh that eventually has taken form of S.E.E.D. YogaSchool, which is the vision of Sunil himself, to offer different levels of Yoga Courses and Retreats.Apart from Yoga he has keen interest into teaching Martial art, Kalari Payattu, Kung Fu and Cooking Indian food etc.

Sunil considers himself a world citizen. Though he lived around 2 years in Europe still for Yoga he felt Rishikesh to be his heart.
