I am a composition of every moment I’ve existed through and possibly some before. I stay as open as possible to receiving any gifts the divine chooses to bestow upon me. I am a vessel. I seek to understand so that I may convey.

If you’ve landed in my path, I count you as a blessing. I see this human experience as being written in the stars–in time the road leads us to where we are meant to be as long as we are willing to remain open and listen.

I strive to cultivate a safe, open space to find comfort in where you’ve landed in your life’s journey. It’s my hope that the experience remains honest, challenging, telling and, most importantly, fun.

It’s taken me a long time to feel okay with my wild and realize that I never needed permission to embrace that side to begin with. You don’t either.

I want you to get free.

In my scholarly journey, I achieved a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and went on to complete my first 200 hour yoga teacher training with Yoga East Studio under Judy Grier. During that time, I did aerial yoga training through Born to Fly Aerial at The Edge in Cape Girardeau. This journey led me to realizing my path was truly in this yogic field, so I found Sanctuary for Yoga in Nashville where I studied and became a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) and began the journey of my 300 hour yoga teacher training. I am on the cusp of completion, and I must say, that place has truly become my Sanctuary.

Along the way, I found Buti Yoga and stepped outside of my comfort zone to bring a much needed practice to my community. I have since trained with the founder at an advanced level and thereafter spent my time traveling the tri-state area sharing the practice with new communities. It’s truly been transformative. I am currently completing a second 200 hour training through Buti Yoga, because knowledge is truly your power.

All certificates aside, I try my best to learn from the school of life. I strive to remain awake and humble in knowing that I do not know it all.

I am still a student on this journey, and I hope that you’ll join me.
